i've seen a lot of records from the 80s aping on Vaughan Oliver/23 Envelope, but never as blatant as this!

i know what you mean--unsuccessfully tried to look up the photographer to see if he was just taking the piss or if Oliver's influence could be seen elsewhere...life's great mysteries.
